Share the holidays with me and my family...they're less than

I am a divorced woman, with 2 grown children, neither of which lives with me. I have a new grandson, so I'm on a cloud these days. I tend to put my man on a pedestal, but unfortunately some have used my back to climb onto it. I'd like a man to allow me to spoil him, put him on a pedestal, but then pull me up there with him. In my life, I grew up in NY, first generation American, child of a Holocaust Survivor (OBM), and was very poor. I worked all of my life, and have had so many different jobs, from working on Wall Street for major brokerage firms, to working as a waitress, as a cook, a chef, a caterer, a cleaning woman, and anything else necessary to keep food on the table. I'd do an honest day's work for an honest day's pay, and so I'm the Anti-JAP.
